New to the G family

Hey everybody! I just got a 2006 G35 that is stock at this point. I'm at a point now where I'm ready to start upgrading. Any suggestions on where to start? I have a Typhoon CAI on order. What engine mods would you all suggest to start off with? Any good wheel brands you would suggest looking into? I see a lot of different ones out there on the MarketPlace, but I live about 30 minutes from a Tire Rack DC. I've looked over their website but haven't been too stoked... not very original.

Any help and advise would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

WELCOME TO DRIVER! How about if we start you off right, above is what we call a "sticky" that's all about what to buy for your coupe. Once you've read that all the questions you have can be found by doing a SEARCH, that's just above next to New Posts. Since you have an '06 there are specific upgrades for your coupe, SEARCH under subject MREV2/Spacers from a company called Motordyne. That's what we call the "best bang for your buck" and worth no less than 18 RWHP and quite possibly more. Have fun with your new ride....

^ to add to Gary's post, only get the mrev2 if you have the 6MT. if you have a 5AT, just get the spacer.

Welcome to driver.
