that was the only car i was aiming at when i was looking for a car.... a clean title s2000 the way you want it will be hard to come by because i was looking for about 7 months. and if your over 6'2 i highly reccommend u get something other than an S2k. but yea i drove one.... and fell in love but i couldnt see it as a daily too damn small

Say wuuuuut?!? There are 3 at the Carmax in Alburqurque, NM if that's not too far away. All between 21-25K. There's also a red one here local for like 17K, but the front end looks like it's been sand blasted/needs to be painted.

If you can't afford a G, how are you going to afford an S2K?

insurance is gonna b alot more since s2k is a 2 seater. which falls in the "sports car category"

This was my first thought too. When my G got totaled last November I started looking for a replacement, my two prime candidates were S2000 and G35 (since I already had a ton of mods for it). S2000 prices have held very steady but people were basically giving away G35's.

My previous car was an S2k. Very fun car to drive. It's light and handles like a dream. Shifts like butter. But like everyone said, it's only a 2 seater.

Test drive one and see if you like it.

It has about 220hp which isn't that bad because of how light the car is. Also gets great Gas mileage.

you most likely owe more than what G is worth.

now you're adding the negative balance over to the new car. Now a days its hard to put your negative balance onto a used car. On a new car its much easier. If you cant afford the G now, Imagine the trade in? start looking for a 10k car that you can afford after taxes and rollover amount.

Damn man that sucks to hear. the s2k is great on gas but like others have said the car itself and insurance cost more than the G

I'm a big fan of the 2004 Jaguar x-type AWD. it has a 3.0 great on gas and insurance will be cheaper than the G. for a 3.0 the car has power its definitely a fun car to drive

not sure what price point you are going for, but I'd get a used 350Z before I bought an S2k. Should be able to find a well cared for Z around $12k. I also like Beebo's suggestion, might want to also look into other Nissans or Infiniti sedans.
