Navigation Off Compared to Others
First of all, I love this car. Just picked it up yesterday and was so lucky in finding one.
Playing with the Navigation on this car, I noticed that the routes they provide you is way off. I've owned an Alpine CVA-1005 and Clarions and they are pretty much the same routes, but they make sense. But the Infiniti Navigation likes to take you on side roads or residential streets.
I wish they had a feature like Maximize Freeway. Anyways that is end of my rant.
Post tips if you have them.

Re: Navigation Off Compared to Others
the nav will calculate the route based on distance or time. It may route you through residential and/or side streets if shortest distance is choosen. Shortest time would probably route you on the freeway rather than on city streets as long as the nav calculates the estimated time to be less than shortest distance.
