People who take my ride always release their seat belt and just let the seat belt stretch back itself. A lot of time, it is hitting the plastic panel of the door the the panel next to the door. I can already see some chip on it. Is there any cover to put on the seat belt buckle or the panel?

you gotta lay down some rules man, anyone doin that to your car must be smacked and taught how to let it go properly...or you will be fixing this out of your own pocket...which is a no go. disrespectful people..
