So last night I hit a deer doing about 35-40. pretty much.. i was behind a suv, cruisin down a street that ive driven the past 5 years, never had this problem, and the suv swerves to the left, i fail to do so, and bam! took out bambi... i hit her with my passanger headlight... so it too the majority of the force.

i dont have pics yet, but i will tomorra.. but the entere headlight is smashed, lights still work tho, and i got some minor paint chipping on my fender.. and about 5 minor dents along the fender and door. my bumper or fender is a tad pushed in cause the body lines are off, and there are minor spidercracks in the paint, but nothing serious at all.
i got away pretty fuccin well considering i hit a deer.

i cant beleive i hit a fuccin deer. i hurt poor Ava =/

now the thing is, i need a new headlight. i want to upgrade to 06 pros. but my driver side is fine.. so can i just buy a passanger 06 headlight assembly, and just the projector for my driver side??

and where can i find them for cheapish. lol i know nothings cheap, but times are tight.

That sucks man.Ive always worried about a deer poping out in frt of me and we have a lot of deer here.

 

For the price of one 06-07 headlight new, you can buy 2 used. Was the deer alright? And what the hell? my cars name is Ava too!

 

03-05 and 06-07 headlights aree completely different. You will need to replace both headlights.

 

that sucks i hit a armadillo once (at least thats what the dealership told me) and it took out my undertray & dented my midpipe and mufler, did a hole lot of dammage for a 15lbs animal.

 

You can generally find 06+ projectors on ebay for around $550 shipped. I hear that Tony@riverside infiniti will sell you a pair as well.

na, no ins bs. rates are high as it is plus my deduc is 500. not worth it. and i can remove the dents myself... so i just gotta buy the headlights like i planed
