Ive had the RR for little over a week now, so I'll let you guys know what your in for....

Pros:
Road Race mode is great, I leave it on all the time. Its just two G force meters (long/lat) and its very easy to read, so you dont wind up glancing at it too long.
Drag Race mode works, but it takes CAREFUL calibration. I've gotten it to a point where it keeps telling me I'm doing a 13.6 @ 103. Trap speed is a little low for the time though, so I dont know how accurate that might be.

Cons:
Calibration needs to be perfect. If its off slightly, nothing works properly, especially the built in tach.
Hp/tq doesnt seem to work on my car, unless its correct in telling me i have 179 hp and 484 lb/tq. Havent had any chances to work on the settings though so Ill go back and tweak it soon.

SS vs RR..... Go with the RR, the SS is just selling yourself short. The PASS software included with the RR is great, and very straight foward. While you can "view" your logs on the actual Gtech unit, its nothing like it is when you view it on the PC. The comparison mode works quite well too. Only odd thing is, it seems to "skew" the tach readings a little during shifting, as it seems "automaticish" if that makes sense. I think it just has to do with the engine sound it makes while you play back. The one thing I love about the unit though, it matches our stock lights perfectly.

Sorry, the deal was for that time only. You can buy them online from GTech direct. Just do a search on google.
