When I had my 350z, I lost 3 window motors. I had them replaced with OEM originally (they were still under warranty or the 1 year subsequent warranty you get when they are replaced). The third time the warranty was up on them both so I went to Autozone and bought a refurbished one. With the core swap it was like $120ish and it comes with a lifetime warranty. I sold my car about 8 months later but it was still working fine.

Yeah just go to the local auto parts store. Buy a refurbished window motor w/ a lifetime warranty and swap it every time it goes bad. Mine has went out twice already and I am for sure not going to replace it with one that only has a 1 year warranty....When the motor dies you take it out swap it for another one and that's it.
