so i have the kuruma front, cspeed rear, impul sides, and waiting on the strafe trunk group buy. now im in need of a new hood. originally i was wanting the hikkata dori hood but I can't figure out what the deal is on that. Some people say they're out of business while others say otherwise. I guess I haven't been reading up on the forum steady enough to know what's going on.

So now then I have 2 other choices to go with that I like. The Seibon TSII or the VIS Slayer. I guess I'd like to hear from people who have bought these hoods on how fitment and quality are. Oh, and pics are welcome as well

 

I've always heard good things about the Seibon hoods, fitment and quality.

i have the 1st ever made vis slayer hood.. quality and fit were spot on

 

pics anyone? also i planned on having mine painted and wanted to know how they would look. also ive seen some carbon fiber parts painted in person and you can see the checkered pattern through the paint. is this the result of a crappy paint job or do all CF parts look like that when they're painted?
