Z2G....dude...thanks for backing up me up as well, about the 19". Glad that you feel the same way as me. Stop hating 03-04 owners on the 19" because you can't get it now, since it wasn't an option.

As for the BMW 5 series. I'm not to sure right now though, but a few years back, they did offer factory rims with lips, nice ones, around 1 1/2". I think thats what he was referring to, the old 5 series.

Athen blue is nice, and Lakeshore slate looks ok, but it looks like a older folks color, not someone young. But I still think the G looks best in black, then next would be white and red.

The new blue looks very similar to the Car Blue these pics. .. NO??.. For some reason it looks darker in the G35 Coupe book they have at the dealerships.. .

 

I think the new 19" wheels look rather plain and generic. The Altima SE-R has basically the same wheels.

Maybe they will look better to me in person. The 18" wheels look much more unique and I get compliments on the wheels frequently. Before my G35c I never received compliments on an OEM wheel!

I think the new 19" were going after the AMG Benz look, but its too plain. I personally don't like the non-flat new gauges, but the aluminum trim is a much needed improvement. By the way, are the old 18" still available for 05 models?

people really are hating on the new 19s.... i like them, 19 inch, little dish, somethin new there not too bad. but one thing i do notice it def no brembo brakes... but than again when they need rotors its not 700+ dollars, but not nice enough to make me even think of one.... cant wait to see them on the road.... There is no IP with Graphite Interior!. Only Wheat and Stone. I was actually going to get the IP with Graphite Int. But now will probably get the Athens Blue with Graphite.

 

1/3 hate the 19s for being too plain, 1/3 think they're too busy, and 1/3 like them. Hmmm. It's a good size upgrade, it's forged, and it's different, all good things.



They've grown on me. It's still stock as pointed out and I'll be changing to aftermarket. 'Hope I can find a buyer for the stockers.

 

They are also to narrow!

i figure they're just the "stock" rims and they look decent. i would never compare them or any stock rims to sweet aftermarket rims. and the same for me, i will probably still get nice aftermarket rims anyways.
