I honestly recommend you putting up a picture of the scratches. You'd be amazed at what some muscle and a bottle of ScratchX can take out! And don't repaint! Unless it's really bad. Did it go through the clearcoat? Post up pics ASAP! It will really help us diagnose how bad it is!

First pic makes it look like it's right down to the base coat. If that's correct then only a pro paint repair is going to fix it. Anything else, including a touchup like Dr Colorchip, will be noticable. A compound like ScratchX followed with a filler polish like Meguiar's glaze may help to hide it some until you have the funds or interest is restoring it.

Some times you need to spend a little more to do the job right!
Dr. Paintchip is the best touch up paint you can buy! Depending on how bad the scratch is Dr. Paintchip is the way to go. I can't give you further advice cause I don't know how bad the scratch is but I'd try buffing it out to start with....![NOD](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/nod.gif)

....Do you seriously believe we'd recommend using Dr. Colorchip if we hadn't used it? I used it on my wife's Vette and all the blems and rock chips disappeared. Since he just posted pic of his scratches I'm not sure touch up paint of any kind will hide them, looks worse than any I've seen. Repainting those area may be the only way to fix them correctly.
