AEM CAI V2
AEM CAI V2
I hear a lot of talk about Injen CAI on this site and although I can see Via Dyno results that it is a pretty good air induction system I will wait until the AEM CAI V2 is out. Besides I don't even have the car yet (est. June/July). =P However, I have an older AEM CAI in my Acura and had it dyno'd at the results were pretty impressive. If you haven't heard about the new AEM CAI V2, I believe there is an article in new Sports Compact Mag.? It uses sound waves as well as forced cool air to increase power. They dyno'd a Civic and it did show an ADDITIONAL 3-4 HP on top of the original CAI.......I believe 12 HP total. You'll have to read the article, because I was a cheap bastard and didn't buy the Mag. today. lol
Here's a link you can check the product out.

Re: AEM CAI V2
hmm that looks interesting but why is it for manuals only that sounds fishy to me. THe engine bewteen the auto and manual they tranmistion has no play at all with the intake. sounds like a scam but it could be true who knows.
Re: AEM CAI V2
And then again....since I don't work for AEM.......
