Yes I'm positive, maybe year later you'll get a call from collection agency and say that you owe them money for shipping company that the seller didn't paid how would you feel then? and nobody waisting your web space with crap, just trying to warn those people that might deal with him again to whatch out.

Something similar happened to me with my UPS account. Not exactly sure how it happened, but someone used my account to ship a couple of products.

I received an invoice about a 2 weeks or so after the items were shipped. I looked at the invoice and the "Ship from" address was in another state.

So I called UPS and said wtf?

The Operator asked me if I gave anyone permission to use my account. I said no. And my account was cleared and UPS went after the idiot that used my account.

Back to topic. Buyer already paid the seller, so the buyer should in no way be responsible for the bill.

Dealt with R1 before as well with no issues. I think you should both contact the shipping company and get it resolved asap

damn, it says my call cannot be completed as dialed, are you sure phone numbers are 40 digits not including the "1" before i make the call?
