horrible city mileage

So I live in Austin and anyone who lives in or has ever been to austin knows how hilly and crappy the roads here are. Since I live literally in downtown austin most of my driving is very very city like.
I dont drive like an idiot or so i think but my mileage in the city literally sucks *****.....
I drove about a hundred miles on highway and used up the first quarter of my tank and i used the next half of my tank almost all in the city for just 89 miles!!! That is probably less than 10 miles a gallon in the city which is ****ty!!!!!
I love my G, no doubt about how great a car it is but wtf!!! I've gotten around to driving it in the city more and more sensibly but the mileage still sucks!!!
Now i'm wondering whether the car has some problem thats affecting the mileage... anyone got any ideas?

I mean its a gas guzzler from the factory. Im boosted and my gas mileage sucks.. I can literally watch the needle drop. I noticed if I use fuel cleaner I get better gas mileage maybe try that.

I had horrible gas mileage too. Try fuel injector system. or service it at an autoshop for them to clean out the deposits and buildup in your car. I noticed a big difference and was very satisfied.

If you are going to buy A Fuel System Cleaner, Buy Redline Si-1, available at pepboys and its one of the few that actually works.

I got 16mpg when driving city, 235miles on the tank lol, I go 340 for the same gallons on the highway so not to bad 16/22
