I bought a kit from best buy that lets u install it by unplugging sat radio. i followed all the steps on the HU removal and now i cant find sat box to install the antenna of the ipod interface?? correct me if im wrong plz.

 

mine was just unplug a harness in the back of the head unit, and replace it with the new harness

 

sat box should be located in the truck on left hand side under the floor board.

 

Is that ipod integration kit worth the money??? let me know how it works i'm thinking of buying one off this site

 

no it's not worth the money. better save money, buy the JDM dd kit and a DD and do it that way. much better sound

 

well if i replace the the stock system would it offect the navigation??? causer the voice does come threw the speakers

 

just reroute wires?

 

meh DD is too much money and you need an adapter to make the steering wheel controls work...idk i want to do DD but i dont wanna put down all the $$$ already have 2 12" with 600wtt amp and it sounds good enough + u get to keep the stock look of the stereo
