This guy is my Hero - everything he says I listen... He's one of the guy I've been following him for a while, and motivated me to get started on mine...

Also very helpful.

Ok I have looked thru every post of the first 11 pages and I can't hold it any more.
Jealous doesn't even start to describe it!

I wish there was more thread like this one, with transformation and listed parts, so it would give starters, like myself, a good idea and a visual.

Absolutely luv the car. However I think the Volks looked better imo but other than that...

Love it! You were also the reason I bought my K2 bumper.

I also find it funny that you live in Houston, but your from OH.
And I live in OH and I'm from Houston

Yes indeed! I moved here 2 months ago so I haven't gone through a winter yet, but I've heard they suck. I wouldn't mind it so much if they didn't salt the roads. Winter beater for me.

Beautiful...!!

I swear the K2 body kit I'm getting installed was the one that appealed to me the most... Just realized you had one... I will confess that Gina is a template of what I'm looking for, but we appear to have the same taste in a lot of areas, which makes me feel I'm doing it right...Thanks for sharing and helping...

Although the hood?? I think it takes away from the G's style, but you did mention a heat problem which has me concern since I'm SCed too... What is that engine cover called? Hard to install?

Amazing! Your car looks so hot and clean! I have one question, how much did it cost to install the head unit? It looks really nice and changes the interior completely.

Anytime man, I am glad to help most people out - I bought the hood to help with engine temps - i enjoy the clean lines of the OEM and with my new wheels, OEM probably fits the car more so now - i think the vented one worked really well with the 5 stars since that is a pretty aggressive styled/sporty rim.

My engine runs extremely hot and the hood is functional for me. I know there are many that don't like it and i'm ok with that, i do. Also, there are plenty of SC and turbo guys without vented hoods, you should be alright, not something you HAVE to get by any means. The engine cover was one off of a 350Z, you have to trim some of it with a dremel to clear the SC mounting plate, but not hard to do at all.

I bought the headunit from a local shop that did the install, so i got a price break on the install as a result - i love it... think the JDM kit was about 300 and the install itself including the bluetooth and steering wheel controls was probably about 300 as well.
