Bone stock 535i dyno between 280-300whp and over 300wtq. Those cars are grossly underrated from the factory. 2011s with the N55 engine (single turbo) are doing 280whp on average with 290wtq. That G35 will get eaten alive. And I'm sorry, but a G with those mods will not beat a stock 335 unless the driver of the 335 is sleeping at the wheel.

 

BMWs are very tricky. They do have the learning ECU, if you are ******* the car all the day and car is broken in nicely They do move faster.
When were were on a road trip to Mexico.
I personally went at it with my friend 2010 535i Xdrive, His car is pretty much broken in nicely.

We did dig pulls, I have a bolt on 06g35x AWD too. First run, I power braked, I jumped a car on him and he caught up and passed me good 1 car by 100.
I told him my trick, 2nd run, He power braked and launched wit me, and that 1 car pull by 100 became good 3 cars lengths on me lol.

When me and my friend that owns the 535i hanging out 1 day, we ran into a 535i Rwd, guy was drivin like an aHole, cutting people going around ppl, Ended up lining up with him at the light.
I power braked again, Launched off dig with him, Good 1 car lead on him by 60. And He wasnt gaining for ****. So I shut it down by 100. My friend himself was impressed. Every car isnt the same.
Ran a black one from roll, that wouldnt get off my asz on a empty freeway. Well into tripple digits. He stood by my backdoor and didnt gain for nothing.
Xdrive are suppose to be heavier, but my friends 2010 pulled on me badly.
And Juicebox3, or vishnu chipped we will stand no chance against.

bolt on 2nd gens with HR motor will walk them BADLY.

 

Im gonna give him all I got. I think if we go to the track and it's an 1/8 mile my nitrous and good launch will beat him

yeah bmw always seems to under rate theyre cars. i used to be a bimmer head and consistently beat other cars that i shouldnt have and were rated higher.

bmws are very good at getting their power to the wheels/ground. i will agree with some others and say unless your friend really cant drive hes gonna walk you pretty good

 

The BMW has you even with your mods, rev up or non revup. Unless you have a built motor or FI you dont stand a chance.

There was a 335 on pass time not too long ago and he ran a 12.61@110 in the quarter with his only mod being software. Full Story Here

 

I've seen a 335I with slicks pull a 7.7s 1/8 mile, Not many NA G's can break 8s. Not sure what mods he had but it ran quiet as hell.

 

if u running a coupe, rwd even 6mt noway u can take off with a 535. They lay the power down and take off really good.

I have power braked and launched with 6mt coupes and no matter what, Least I gain is a 1 off dig. And Xdrive 535 make me feel like i was standing still on launch. ( but I was flooring it, mad butt hurt ) lolol

Then the turbos open up...
But if ur sprayin nitrous... U might stand a chance from Roll without a problem.
