SoCal Canyon Run
wait - someone help me understand... a dude from 6MT logs onto driver to notify members that he and 3 buddies have been trying for two months to set up a canyon run... the forum he comes from whined about members here (check the thread: http://www.6mt.net/forum/g35-coupe/3...anyon-run.html) so a couple more of them come over here and post in a thread on a forum full of people they dont like???
WTF is going on here?
Oh and the OP that acts like his G slithers canyons like a GTR has 100+lbs of audio in his trunk - and he thinks he's gonna show us how a coupe outperforms a sedan
If it looked like the gig was gonna happen I'd go and rep for Vlad (since he's stompin his feet in here)... but two months and still not sure what's happening or where - we dont do things like that here.
6MT guys - no one here was picking on you until you started acting like d-bags... OP, the first few posts you got in response were people trying to help you get interest for your event (people that have been successful in organizing more than one event much bigger than this)... for some reason you came in with an attitude and continued it throughout... unreal how you talk **** about driver over on 6MT... I'm a member on both sites and you arent doing your cause any justice.
How about this... Speed Ventures (and other organizers) periodically hold track days at AAA Speedway in Fontana (Roval) - its a fun track utilizing part of the NASCAR oval and a nice set of challenging turns in the infield... when they set a date it sticks and you can plan around it... how 'bout we plan to run their next event as a group or just the 2 of us... I'll let you report back the results. Deal?

Good luck trying to get people to go to a performance event. Hell, we couldn't get people to go to the track down the street to the biggest meet in San Diego or anything related to performance.
By the time you get back I may have a built tranny as well. Still going with a SC? I'll have some headers up for grabs.

You should be in the 11's at least if everything goes well. For me, I should touch 12's if all goes well. We just have to fight traction.
Save those headers and 3.7 for me.
The 3.7 is an open diff, I don't think you want that. I doubt I'll ever see 11's, I'll probably be lucky to get mid 12's.

Yeah, plain old Vortech SC for me. I would go built TT, but my budget won't allow it. I'm gonna have a new house to pay for and kids to feed.
