Speed is a relative thing. The coupe will be faster in the corners than most muscle cars regardless of how much HP they can get to the rear wheels.

And if you like smoking tires the coupe will not be all that much fun. With the LSD, traction control and good tires it keeps the traction high. In my experience you'll get wheel hop before you get smoke.

I love driving my 6MT. I think stock performance is just fine. Find some twisty mountain roads and you'll have as much power as you can handle.

However, I have to say that I'm not fond of the interior. Mine is an 06 and the interior is cheap and plasticy. Lots of rattles. But, it wasn't a deal breaker. The 08 coupes have the same interior appointments as the 07 and 08 sedans (I have an 07 X) and that interior is much better.

Anyway, the car is a blast and is one of the best looking sportscars out there. Very classy looking. I love the 370Z's looks but I'm tall and needed a back seat and a trunk so the Z was out.
