aux input install troubles
so I was trying to install the apac nis1 on my 2006 g coupe using the DIY at myg35mods.com and ive run into some problems...
is the key supposed to be turned to either 1 or 2 position then shift to drive THEN remove negative terminal?
I did that and few minutes later the car started rolling ahead and hit a wooden pole and i didnt even realize it was moving till it hit the pole.... i was on a slightly slopy street but i didnt expect the car to move at all.....
after i took off the shift **** and lifted the plate up to remove it, i was only able to unplug one of the wires... i spent 15 mins trying to get the white one out and i wasnt able to...
if anyone can tell me how to properly remove it that would be frickin amazing and anything else i should watch out for while installing it

Yes, you shift it to drive, and then unplug the negative terminal. Didn't you have your parking brake on?
Those plugs are a PITA to unplug, I used a flat head screwdriver to help a little.

i dont even know what part of the plug comes apart... it seems like its 3 pieces are plugged into each other... there is a small white tab like thing but i dont know if i should be pressing down or up on it to loosen the plug
