Need a local muffler shop

I need to add a O2 sensor to support my nitrous system.
Does anyone know of a shop in the Torrance (So. Cal) area, and what it might cost to remove 1 Catalitic converter, drill a hole in the pipe prior to the cat, weld in a bung, and put it back together?
