A bad night =(
Last night, me and some of my friends went to casual car meet and from there we decided to do some runs (freeway 280 heading north). One of my friend's friend decided to run with me, he owns the evo x. We did a roll from 60 and I surprisingly started pulling on him little by little. Before you ask, I wana say that YES HE WAS TRYING. Is it true that AWD is a disadvantage if ur running from roll??? And then the as I got in the same lane in front of the evo as he was in (fast lane) from being in 2nd fastest lane, I passed the CHP at about 125 MPH And he pulled me over and cited me for doing only 75 in a 65 zone since he didn't have proof. And also cited me for my tints. I was lucky enough to written doing only 75mph, but the tints is something annoying me. I really don't wana take them off. Is there a way around it???
Thanks in advance!!

You are lucky that's all you got. And now you are going to b1tch about tint. Yes it sucks but take it off and have it signed off unless u know someone who can sign it for you. I got one just a week ago so it is what it is. Hopefully you grow up and be lucky not to wreck the car.

These forums are going to come down hard on your street racing story. get ready.
The only way to handle a tint is know a cop that will sign it off. or pay the fine.

I guess it all depends on the state your in ... For me im in Canada all i have to do if i get a ticket is show my receipt in court ( i have 20 % all around but its written as 35% the legal limit here ) legal limit is only 35% for front but whatever... Anyways as long as i provide a receipt im good... I guess they figure that if its done by a shop its probably dont according to legal limits...

You shouldnt be complaining at all. He only gave you a 10mph over speeding ticket, and cited you for tints. If this happened in NY, you car would've been impounded and you would've been arrested and charged.
