hello guys, i just got my first g35 coupe 03 w/58k miles AT . but not my first VQ engine.

im looking to buy some aftermarket coilovers, i found some G35 TOKICO SHOCKS G-SPEC but w/NO springs...

so my questions is, can i use a different brand of springs w/this shocks? or i can put em' w/the OEM spring?

only reason i consider to buy em' its cuz i get price down to $300 and they are brand new in box.

Yes and yes. Search up the suspension threads to see what sort of drop/stiffness various springs will get you.

 

OP did you mean D-spec? $300 new for those would be a good deal, but if you're looking for coilovers, it sounds like you're in the market for a drop as well. IMO if you're going through all the trouble of swapping out the factory struts you may as well just spend $200 extra and get some lowering springs to put on as well.

not only drop the car but get new SHOCKS this G' still have the original oem for 8 yrs already so it deff need new 1s'

so i think $300 its a good deal, i was looking to get some TEIN lower springs! what you guys think?
