04 G35 Coupe w/MT and 93k for $4200-for real or scam?

I saw this on Craigslist in the Peninsula area of SF. Sounds too good to be true. I e-mailed him for more info (for curiosity sake). Kelly BB liist is about 12-14k. What do all think?

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/cto/2091540962.html

He states it's an auto but the pictures prove it MT. It has aftermarket rims and an Injen cold air intake. Here's his reply back to me:

Hi,

The car it's still available, has 93,345 miles, automatic transmission. It's in perfect condition, no engine/electric problems,no liens/loans.Exterior no scratches, never been repainted, interior no rips/tears/stains, never smoked inside.I have all the car's manuals, 2 spare of keys, title, documents.I'm selling my wife's car who was killed into an accident about 4 months ago (not in this car). She was coming home from school and a drunk driver hit her and our child. Thanks god that my child is still with me.This 2004 Infiniti G35 6MT was her car and it brings me bad memories and that's the reason I want to sell it. The last price is $4,200.00.
I travel a lot with my business and I want to make this deal through eBay's Vehicle Purchase Protection Program. I just need your full name, full shipping address, home/cell # so I can open a case (with no further obligation or fees). eBay will contact you with all the Transaction/shipping details you will need. We will take care of the shipping, so don't worry.
I hope to hear soon from you.

For more pictures here is a link to the car's photo gallery:

In this "economic downturn" we are going through, I wouldn't doubt seeing some insane people selling **** for super cheap. I'd look in to it, but the ad seems pretty real.

*EDIT* Oh snap, I didn't read what he sent to you. It's definitely a scam. If he won't meet up for a real transaction, tell him to **** off.

SCAM....

There are TONS of cars on craigslist lately that are listed for 3000-6000 (way below their value) that are scams. This is happening all over the country, I feel sorry for anyone who falls for this. Here is the exact same car from the real owner:

From his response, it looks like a scam. I actually inquired about a 94 supra fixed up with low miles in craigslist selling for 4g's. The sellers response was that it was his son's car who was killed in action over seas and needs to sell car because of the memories it had brought back. Same transaction, ebay, and needed my info. If you are in the area ask if you can see the vehicle in person. After I got the type of response I got, I knew it was a scam. GL!!!

2004 with no exterior scratches, with this soft paint?

Well, that's the least of the worries from his response. It's not real.

Definately a scam...
I don't care how many miles you have...
A G35 should never sell for this price...
Maybe in 2020...

When people don't have a phone number to contact them when they are trying to sell something should tell you right away what their intentions are. lol
