SCAM for sure! had a similar incident happen to my my younger cousin on CL, it was a 2002 accord with 70k listed for $3000 and he also tried the same exact ebay program but luckily he asked me and i kept him from giving him any other info, the seller also replied to him with a bs emotional story... u have to be very careful in todays cyber world.
