ok so i got side swipped in the parking lot at work and i was able to get video of the accident from my work and her DL # from my work and acouple phone numbers ( which both didnt work ). on the video i cant see the license plate info. i made a police report and they are doing nothing about it. my insurance is needing for me to get there license plate number so i wont have to pay my deductable. is there anyway to get it from there drivers license number ? thanks for all help

Find someone that can clean up the video so you can see the plates. At least you have model and make of the car right? What kind of parking lot is this?
