I know Gary. Infiniti needs to improve their customer service. Selling cars isn't the only part of the game. Making customers come back is also part of the game. After this car is paid off, I'm moving on to Lexus. I had it with Infiniti.

so heres an update on what happened! i picked up the car from them yesterday, paid 480 dollars. i was pulling out of the parking lot, and i was adjusting my seat, and the seat wouldn't move foward. so i turned around and told them that they fvcked up the seat and they need to fix it. they didn't do **** about it. so i called the consumer affair and they told me they would call me back the next day. i just got a call from the consumer affair, they ALSO TOLD ME they r not gonna do anything about it. what do i do here? i'm thinking about filing a compliant @ BBB. any other suggestions?

^dealers so far have messed up my
1 rear bumper.. 1 of my tail lights.
there fix. the painted the bumper, but some of the paint went to some other spot which wasnt covered.. and i have an edge with some weird looking thing.. lol
the light was fixed with very light wet sand... ehh...

2nd thing the dealer has done to my car... dealer grinded on my rim... somehow. there fix?
refinish it... first time they refinished it. flaking and bubbles came. dealer did it again, second time. again bubbling and little flaking. and now.. somehow my front rim catched some metallic flaking on it.. so now my front looks like my rear... wow.. when will this end?
ima be talking to the infiniti manager this thursday. if they cant do anything about my front rim, ima let em re-re-refinish my rear rim and im also going to file a report to the BBB. and i will let them know about it.

am i going to ask for too much? i just want two used rims and they can have the ones they crapped out.

ive talked to the service manager at the dealership i go to. shes the one who turned me down. so i called the infiniti consumer affair and they didn't do ****. so i wrote my EXPERIENCE on FACEBOOK and guess who called? a rep from Nissan headquarter from Tennessee. on facebook they asked me for my number and i thought they were just fvcking with me but they did call. POWER OF FACEBOOK!!! lol the rep said she has called and arrange a diagnose with the local dealership. everything paid for between dealer and nissan. they didn't say they were gonna fix the problem. the rep said they will pay for diagnose. i'm just waiting for her to call me back tommorow...

^well on my case, if nothing is done, im going to tell them that ima file a complaint to the BBB for their careless work and service.

at the very least, some people should be aware of this. i wish i had your luck.

BBB wont do anything, just bad rep to that dealer/establishment. so if people look at their reviews it could wing them to go else where.

They will do about the same stuff he's already done. The difference is the BBB keeps track of complaints and 'grades' the business. If they don't handle complaints to the satisfaction of customers they'll have a bad grade with the BBB, which could cause potential customers to go somewhere else. The difference is the only recourse he really has is to complain and spread his displeasure... Many people will check BBB ratings. Not many people will see your personal FB page, or this forum..

ohh... i c... so its kinda like yelp?!? lol it was kinda funny how i called the consumer affair and they didn't bother to do anything. but when i hella complained on infiniti's facebook. i immediately get a call from higher up. not just a another phone answering person.

update on the car- i just talked to the rep from nissan headquarter. she said nissan and fresno infiniti will split the cost of parts if i pay for the labor. i only agreed to it cuz they r gonna pay for my parts for my fuel guage and axle click, if i cover the labor. i'm out of warranty so i thought it was a good deal. yay or nay?!?

yep. Just a shame it had to take as much effort as it did. Squeaky wheel syndrome.
