driver's door problem

So this happened today. I cant open my drivers door when i am inside the car but i can open it when im outside. Its like there is a child safety thingy on the driver door. Has anyone ever experienced this?

make sure that latch from the inside is still connected to the lock mechanism

What do you mean by the latch being connected to the lock mechanism? Doesn't it connect when you set the unlock and lock button on the remote?

Remove the plastic door panel and you will see the latch, make sure it's hooked up properly.

similar thing is happening to my drivers side. It doesn't work sometimes or if the person doesn't open the door all the way it gets stuck at the not open/not closed point. I haven't searched into it yet but hope someone gives some info here.

Where can i purchase an jdm infiniti double din a/c controller w/ climate control for an 04 g35 coupe

I would open up the panel, it should be pretty easy to identify the problem

There are 2 cables that go to the interior door handle housing. The lower one is the door lever, upper one is the door lock cable.
It is only secured using a metal ball at the end of the cable and it fits into a little holder behind the lever.
Should be a piece of cake.
