HELP!!! What happen to my G?

HELP!!! What happen to my G?
I came out from class and I saw my front and do you know what I see?
Left corner of my hood(right next to my light, and where front bumper and light and hood meet), I see my paint got dryed or something and it got hard and about to peeled off and looks like something(liquid) has run through front bumber and the bumper is started to look dried and about to peel off too. I guess I have to call insurance company, but I want to know what caused this. what kind of chemical could cause this?(I want to kill those G haters)
2004 IP everything 5AT/MOMO shift ****/Typhoon/PS2/Clear Corners/Blue Fog Lt/All white blue bulbs inside out except purple light under the door/Z-tube and K&N Drop in (on the way)

That is really weird. We all know that our cars have a cheap paint job, but there's no way it could have "just happpened". Perhaps somebody did something? As suggested above, any bird crap or eggs on your paint/???

I think it was vandalism. Looks like a chemical spill. Well, I have insurance and it came out 100dollar deductable.(I will get whole hood and front bumper repainted and the rock chip will be gone~ that is good news) I am also waiting for my back bumper to be repainted(someone hit and run my car and got minor scratch, that one was 300dollar deductable.)..
well.. I will just looks at it from the bright side, -.-;
