can i hook this iphone plug straight to my car?

was wondering how am i suppose to hook this up? or is this only for aftermarket decks.

you should ask the ebay seller ;-)
what year is your g, pretty sure this will not work for you though

that cable is for an 07 g35 sedan or 08-09 g37 coupe/sedan.
