Turn him on to this site, if he's not already a member, and keep track of his posts. If you can do so without him finding that you're on it even better. Then you can keep up with whatever he's looking to do for his car surprise him then.

Edit: And if you do that, you probably want to delete this thread

Perfect, thank you! I know he comes here from time to time... so I have to keep a low profile... haha...

I will come back with his "mods" wish list, excellent idea. I don't know much about it so far, but I know he likes "Work" wheels. And a "lip" for his front bumper. Does this make sense to you guys? Seems like Work wheels are kind of expensive, but does anyone know where I might find a lip? And do I just buy the lip, or is there other stuff that you need to attach it?

I'll work on the photo op, too. Good idea...

Work makes decent wheels so yes they are pricey. You can check the marketplace for a lip, although you won't be able to post in there you can still PM the sellers.

Yes, as already stated, WORK wheels are expensive. You'll be spending anywhere from $2500 to $3000 on a set of WORK wheels, since they're custom made in Japan and it is a 4-5 month wait.

Lips can be found in the Marketplace on this forum, again, like someone suggested. Vendors like Ionic, Arch Industries, and Dustin@Strafe can get you the lips too, but in order to help you, we also need to know what year his car is. The bumpers for the 03-05 models are different from the sport 06-07 bumpers.

Here are the links to Ionic, Arch, and Dustin.

She can post in the Vendor's Marketplace but not the Private Marketplace.
