I needed some touch up paint for the inevitable stone chips and the Infiniti dealer gave me a bottle of Nissan Code WV2. After drying I can see it's considerably lighter than the surrounding paint. Did I get the right code for Diamond Graphite or did he give me the Brilliant Silver paint ? If this is the correct code, is there something better that would be a closer match, perhaps from another maker ? Thanks.

 

WV2 is diamond graphite, it's just the nature of the touchup--can't be perfect...

The metallic paints of today and the multi-coats of applications is hard to duplicate with just one touch of paint.
