Question Engine Cover

I just wanted to know how many of you took you Engine Cover off? I like the look of the engine without it, I want to know is it bad if you drive it without it? Will it cause problems? and please post some pics if you guys do not have it on I want to see some engine bay pics.

Thank you.

it's been done hundreds of x's. No, no issues. Just go into picture share and you will see tons of pics.

You've already said, "I like the look of the engine without it!" So remove it, you won't have any issues it serves no real purpose. After it's gone you might notice your engine compartment would look way cool with one of Sean's (SXEXCX) polished plenums, just an idea!

I kept mine on until I got all my polished parts. I don't like the way a non-polished bay looks like without the cover lol.

any APC spray should clean it up nicely...I just used soap n water and then put a little Mothers back to black on it to shine it up

the only bad part is it leaves the ugly wiring harness exposed. theres lots of smaller covers that will cover that and will leave the manifold showing. you should do that and get the manifold polished
