Re: Pixx of my Coupe

Those SSR GT3 looks good. But be careful with the finish. I have a set of GT1 on my wife's TL and the finish chips very easily.

Hey bro, Nice ride, and love those wheels.
I took the liberty of making your original address into a hyperlink for you using 'PIXX'. Enjoy your new ride.....L8r

PS. I assume your tires size is 245/40/19. If it is, let me know and I'll correct your first post in this thread. 245/40/19 is off only slightly on the stock front diameter. How's the ride quality with such a low profile settup?....... L8r

Re: Pixx of my Coupe

hyperxmr2: Well, at first I did go to the Roseville Automall, thats where I fell in love with the Carribean Blue Coupe, I almost cried looking at it in the sun, it was amazing. I had like 3 different salespeople run up to me the second I set my foot out the door. But I told them I was just browsing, not buying, I didn't even want a test drive, so I left after looking at it. I couldnt do anything but think of it that whole day, at work and school.
I went there again with my parents (I'm 18) some time later after i figured out that I could afford it, and placed the order. I put it in my parents name because 1) My credit isn't there yet 2) it will be cheaper on insurance 3) because I'm not one of those people who gives a crap about who's name is on the papers.

Then I decided that the other Infiniti dealership (Niello??? somewher in Vacaville I think?) would be a little cheaper as they do not have to pay for prime real-estate at the Autmall. So I went there, and they wouldn't give me the time of day, they were *******S. They looked at me like I was some punk trying to have fun in their cars, but the thing is....I WAS THERE WITH MY PARENTS. They basically told us "no, we won't even try to work with you because you don't want to buy whats on our lot, you wan't to special order and thats no good" So I told them to f-off and we left. They didn't even want to sit down with us to do some number crunching, wtf is that?

My order with Roseville is pretty safe, they treated us good, but could have done a much better job as my previous posts have said (incorrect order placed/etc). But anyway I went to the dealer yesterday and I got my order number!!! Q-order, they said sometime in June/July....but they also said that they ALREADY received two coupes that were scheduled to be here in July...so I'm hoping for the best.

Damn I write too much. Anyways, I hope to meet you guys sometime in the future once I actually get my car

Re: Pixx of my Coupe

Those are my favorite wheels on the coupe other than the stock 18's. I have a buddy with a '03 silver M3 SMG that has those wheels and it looks awesome in person.

What did they cost you might I ask?

Sal

Re: Pixx of my Coupe

mozy - a dealer told you they've already received 2 coupes that were scheduled for July delivery?? That means they wouldn't have even been scheduled for production until May/June. Somebody's screwing around with you I think. Unless maybe there were 2 people that ordered a car that was scheduled for July delivery, and other cars came in that were what they ordered, so they just got that one.

Re: Pixx of my Coupe

U should've put more meat in the back...with a higher offset. It would look even meaner!!

Re: Pixx of my Coupe

Very nice man.. I'm jealous. I agree with frostylfe. Would have gone 9's in the fronts and 10 or 10.5 in the rear.

Otherwise you wheels still look sweet!!!

Quick question. Now that you have 19's, do you regret getting 20's? I'm debating wether to get 19's or 20's. I really don't want to lower my car either cause I already scrape my spoiler (aero kit) from time to time.

frostylfe: you mean lower offset....the smaller the offset the farther out the rim is from the inside the wheel well. or maybe you meant larger rim width?

Nope i dont regret gettin 19's thats why i gottem hehe after much deliberation and i concluded that 19" is the ideal upgrade wheel diameter for this car IMO, performance wise
