Update on "Pissed off Buyer" posting on April 15th.

After getting into a slight verbal fight with the manager over him not knowing my order number, I ended the conversation with "you'll hear from my lawyer", then I hung up.

30 minutes later....

I get a call from the manager and guess what?... he is apologizing to me for his behavior, he said quote "I'm sorry, I thought you were someone else, I have your order number", yeah right. He was probably scared to hear from my lawyer and was worried about the CSI (Consumer Satisfaction Index) for his dealership.

In any case I have the order number but I need help. My order number starts with a "Q".

What month does this represent? Someone please help.

I believe Q is a May Production late june early july delivery.

 

Q is april. Do a search for it on the freshalloy forum if you want secondary confermation. DFW_??? always posts the info for each of the order months. Good luck!

what area are you from? i wouldn't deal with dealers like that. i went through months of bullshit with peyton cramer in torrance, and ended up finding one very quickly in mission viejo. i'd suggest you go somewhere else, cuz it's getting easier to find the coupes now than they were a few months ago.

April order
May production
June ship
End of June or beginning of July delivery.

 

Well, after trying out the three dealers in my town, I started going farther away. Found a good one in Mission Viejo. My order number has an "F" at the beginning and I'm told it's gonna come in June 10, but is usually early. Platinum Coupe, 6MT! Keep your fingers crossed for me.
