you attract to much attention but you have never been pulled over? drive safe and dont speed and then you wont have any issues.. if you want to do it for aesthetic reasons then I don't have an issue with it. Doing gloss black vinyl is dumb because it wont look like black paint, it looks wavy and has a bit of texture in large sheets.. if your going gloss, get it painted. Matte, Vinyl is usually the way to go unless you can find a shop thats very good at prep work and your willing to dish out time without your car and money. you need a perfect surface for matte paint to look good. Im not sure on the prices out there but I think it around 3,000 from what I have heard.

Well changing to matte black will not reduce you attention.... Will def increase. Anyway yeah there are some guys on here that have done a DIY in socal. I think they said materials were around 2000. Search and you should be able to find pics.

And to note that 2k is done by themselves, if OP you are not comfortable doing the wrap yourself, expect to pay more.

Just drive safe and invest in a good quality radar detector. Just because the car can go quick, doesn't mean she has too all the time. Otherwise invest in an actual paint job. Never been a fan of wrapping a car just to change the color.

That's the stupidest thing I've heard. Covering the car in vinyl because you're a cop magnet? Lol if you're speeding in a red G or a white one they'll pull you over.

Just don't speed in places you know there'll be a cop or as the person above said invest in a radar detector

changing your wheel color will not make cops looks forget youre there. You drive a bright red sports car...everyone sees you!

there's a youtube video of a guy doing to his bimmer. Its not hard just time consuming. It'll be expensive to do if you have a shop do it due to the labor involved.
