OEM Exhaust with F.I. RTPs (Video Inside)

Hey guys,

Last week I pulled the trigger and installed my F.I. resonated test pipes. I really like what they have done to the exhaust. There is still rasp, but it's mainly over 4500 rpms. Regardless, I just want to share with the community my experience and post a video for others who are contemplating this mod. Enjoy!

-Sean

You know, surprisingly, it doesn't. Maybe I just don't hear it because I listen to my music too loud

I thought I posted a comment in here earlier. But anyways-

Sounds great. I'm getting FI resonated test pipes within a week or two so when I pair it up with my nismo we shall see how that sounds.

Good to see you on here Football, haven't seen you around in a while.

Didn't you have test pipes on before? What brand were they?

Yeah I haven't been on much. School just started up, and my new job keeps me busy too. Whenever I am on, I'm mainly researching or just wasting my life away reading pointless threads like ricer pics, ugly g35s, newbs getting flamed, etc. They make my day

As far as a tune, once I install a exhaust and upgrade to ART pipes I'll drive to Austin and have upRev tune my car. These F.I. test pipes were merely an experiment of driving a catless car. Btw, the fumes are pretty bad. Now I wish the car had a recirculating air feature w/o having to use the A/C.

Hah.. I personally like the smell of the fumes.
I must be crazy

Either that or the fumes made me crazy, who knows.

Enjoy the art pipes. I'd like to get a set of those but who knows. maybe later on.

Sounds like it. I like them, but to an extent. I can tolerate it while momentarily at stop lights and such. Speaking of stoplights.. A few days ago, this girl and I were driving around. We pull up to a stoplight, the fumes start creeping in. She asks me "Hey, whats that smell? Smells like gas.." I'm thinking to myself.. "Thats the smell of POWER!" Haha. Back on topic..

We all were noobs at one point. But, the difference here is learning to use the "Search" feature before the "Post New Thread" feature. That makes a noob.. a semi-smart noob.
