Sounds like a belt problem but turning the heater on and off shouldnt make it go away.

this exact thing happens to my 6mt coupe

after turning off the heat, the noise goes away within seconds

you need new belts or a TENSIONER

Had a problem like this on my TL before I got the G. I was driving and it got cold so I turned on the heat and I heard a squeaking noise and I looked at the car next to me and it was an old car (90's) so I thought it had to be him. I kept driving and the noise was following me and I checked my mirror and there was no one in sight. Got both my belts changed and it stopped. You can spray some type of lube on the belts for now to stop the squeaking if it bothers you that much.
