monthly payments on G

Re: monthly payments on G
my payment is 438 but I had a trade in. it all depends on how much you borrow, how long, and the int. rate. you can find simple calculators on line and just start plugging in numbers. one payment might be 325 while another is 550 for the same car. there are too many variable in your question.

Re: monthly payments on G
Too much information is missing...
1. Did you purchase or lease your car?
2. What is your interest rate?
3. How long did you finance your vehicle?
4. What was the down payment?
5. Did you have a trade-in? If so, how much was put toward the down payment.
6. What was the total purchase price, including tax, tag, title, financing, etc...
Item 6 is usually the best thing to know. This rolls in all of the factors for items 1-5 and gives us the best idea on "who got the better deal", assuming that's what you're interested in.
If I told you that I put $2K down and my payment was $450/month, so what? It could be financed for 7 years at a fixed 15% interest rate... effectively, I'd have a pretty lousy deal, but without all of the information it might sound like a GREAT deal.
If you want to make comparisons like this you need to have more data.

Re: monthly payments on G
My first car was an 88 nissan sentra...new... $8000... required a 5 year loan. My next car was a 96 Dodge Ram... new... $21000... required a three year loan. My third car is my current car... 2004 G35 coupe... new... $33550... emptied our bank account and paid cash. Of course, my wife and I have no kids.... that helped. None of these prices include tax or possible extended warranties.
