Re: monthly payments on G
Hmm anyone pay in cash? i'm going to bring 35k with me to buy it this month but was wondering if it is true that it's a lot easier to get them down in price when u pay in cash....is that true at all? Anyone who paid in cash that would like to share how much it was before and after they brought the price down would be helping me out a lot.
Re: monthly payments on G
man, i wish i could bring $35k in cash to the table. one day i hope. i am leasing mine for $440 a month with $2000 down for 48 months @ 12k miles/yr. got the car for $34k before tax.
i was wondering, thinking about getting out of my lease. do you think someone would be interested in assuming my lease. got the 04 in may, black on black, premium package, auto with 6,000 miles.
no particular reason to get out of the lease, i just get bored really fast. loved my s2000, thinking about getting an 05 for the weekend and get a daily driver. i would like people's input on this.

Dealers, I believe, make less money on you if you pay cash... so this will probably not be a bartering chip. I paid cash... but at the time no one was dealing on the coupes.
Ivory Pearl Coupe/Willow Interior
6mt Base Model
Aero Package only option

Re: monthly payments on G
The dealership makes more money if they have you finance from them. So you shouldn't bring up that you want to pay in cash til after you figure out all the numbers. If they ask, let them know you haven't decided on financing yet. Then deal on the price of the car, then the trade in value, and finally financing. At this point, if you want, you can tell them you want to pay in cash.
Re: monthly payments on G
its true, they make less on it if you pay cash, but they make their money now, which they will like more [most of them at least].

ps - how many of you financed through infiniti or through your bank or credit union?? you prob get a better deal through your bank/CU. i think thats another factor
