What can I do?

So I brought my car to Tustin Infiniti to get a problem checked. I had brackets in my engine ready to install something, but when I got my car back from them, the bracket was gone... I asked for it and they said they do not remember taking out... What can I do about that?? Although it was worth it to lose it and get a new transmission, I'd prefer to have both..

If you want them go and get it. Complain to the manager! If you want them you shouldn't wait any longer.

If you don't go complain, or wait too much longer, I'd say 0%.

Be the squeaky wheel. Be professional, polite, and firm in stating what you expect. If the part was there when you brought your car in, it should be there when you get the car back. If not, you should receive the part with an expaination why it wasn't installed on the car before it was returned.

WTF does a bracket on the engine have to do with the tranny? Unless his name is Irene I don't get the connection.

It's quite possible the brackets in question are meant for his "backbone" without them he doesn't have one. Is it possible some mechanic put your brackets in the glovebox or trunk, have you looked everywhere?
