Nice hypocrisy. And who cares if some people wouldn't say the same thing in person? Here the OP can get a true response of how his wheels don't look good.

 

I think the G coupe is beautiful and classy, with classic but aggressive lines. And in my opinion....since we're all being brutally honest here....most of the aftermarket rims I see on Gs are tacky ghetto bling that look like they ought to be on jacked up 88 Buick Regal or the chopped, blacked out Mercedes Benz's that the bad guys drive on Miami Vice.

And the strange thing is, there are tons of great looking, aggressive but still stylish rims for these cars. You rarely see them on a G.

But that's just me.

 

I partially agree with the last post....yes most aftermarket rims are tacky!!! But we have all seen rims we don't like on G's... but with the correct height, offset and tires etc..we can appreciate the look .... OP I think that These rims can be made to look decent on G with the right height and probably aggressive tires/camber/ offset combo... I will not bash on your ride from seeing a few blurry pics taken from 10 feet away .... So good luck keep at it and someone will always hate what you do and some will like it....
