^^ maybe if you spend lots of time idling to warm up a couple times a day. Still, if all is fine you should be getting at least 280m per full tank under normal conditions.

i also shift between 3000 and 4000

WOW THATS CRAZY!!! I get about 350 - 400 miles on a tank on my 2005 coupe. But I mean ill fill it all the way up and drain it all the way down lol!!! Usaully fill up about 17.5-18.5 gallons. But still not great gas milage around 20mpg usaully and I drive 50% highway and 50% city.
