Abnormal engine noise, Help! (Video inside)
The noise mysteriously went away on its own. I am however burning a good amount of oil between changes. So ive started changing my own oil and keeping a better tab on it. I havent experienced this particular noise again. Im almost certain it was oil dependent.
Do you change your own oil? Also, thanks for doing the smart thing and posting in an existing thread versus posting a new one!

How many miles do you have on your car now?
Actually I took it back to the dealership, turns out when they installed my new belt they shifted one of the plates so it was scraping against the engine body. What the ****. And they didn't even seem to feel bad for wasting my time.
I really gotta learn to fix everything on my own. Anyway, glad you got your issue fixed man, and haha I try to be efficient

Glad everything worked out Tony. The noise in the video really scared me at first haha. Now I have the classic VQ tick. Nothing crazy though.
