Thanks for the offer but I think ill pass. The dealer wont go below 17k for it. Says he got it at the auction for 16.5 so he's already making a small profit.

I guess what I really love about it is the blacked out rims and the tint. How much would it cost me to find this stuff myself if I were to find a better deal on the car itself?

Let it go. I got my red 6MT with 75K on it for $17k about 6 months ago. Its got the LSD, forged 19" Rays, sport suspension, etc, etc.

If the dealer paid $16.5 for that car at an auction he's probably an idiot. In reality he's just lying to you.

Personally, hate the tint, hate the pinstripe, hate the ghetto rims. Car looks like cheap and gawdy. No reason to cling to this one.

Dealer wouldn't be in business if he paid 16,500...Don't believe everything people tell you, especially dealer. Todays market I wouldn't pay no more than 15k...Actually 14K. Cash is King. You will have plenty options at 17,500 majority of others mileage will be lower with given history. Patience...Search C/L and AT...

Prices depend heavily on area. I dropped 19k on my 06 (talked him down from 20.5). Ones with that kinda mileage around here were going for well over 20k. Basically every 07 was 22+ except for one that was obviously beat on that I passed on.

All that said I wouldn't pay 17.5 with 88k miles.

+1, id say around 15k for that high of mileage. Take it too a trusty mechanic before you purchase anything!

Only reason I half believe this dealer is because the other 06 g35s I've found are 20k+ with milage in the 60k area. Anything 07 is 23k+... I've found these through autotrader.
