So my cousin in law has AAM test pipes sitting around in his garage since he sold his G months ago. I was actually looking into putting in ART test pipes since I recently just put in a Stillen cold air box and MD 5/16th spacer. I just haven't heard much about AAM test pipes. I've only heard great things about ART test pipes. The thing is that I will be getting the AAM test pipes for free. Is there a huge performance difference between the two? I know the ART pipes don't throw up any CEL lights, but how about the AAM pipes? Thanks for the advice.

Not sure how those AAM test pipes will work for you, there's one way to find out....install 'em! You will have stinky exhaust and possibly a great amount of rasp, let us know! I'm happy with my BERK'S HFCs but you can't pass up free....

I am hoping I have some free time over spring break in a few weeks to try the test pipes out. I will let you know how it goes. I don't really want the testpipes for sound, but more for performance. I figure along with the MD spacer and CAI I can free up a little more power without the restricted outflow from the cats.
