USA Spec PA15-NIS Compatibility Question
USA Spec PA15-NIS Compatibility Question
Just a quick question that hopefully someone can answer:
I have a 2003 G35 Coupe (I don't think it's an 03.5, production date says 02/03 inside driver side door).
My radio is a Bose, in dash 6 CD changer with the following buttons on the front: Disc, Tape, FM/AM, SAT.
Can anyone with an early 03 confirm that the PA15-NIS work with my car?

I have a 04 coupe with the same buttons you do. Purchased and installed the PA15-NIS USA-Spec module this weekend and it works fine. The sound quality is great very crisp and clean compared to tape-3.5 jack and the music title display is very nice. I would recommend you install the module under the passenger dash (easier access for future), extend the ground wire to a better grounded location, DIP setting #1 and #3 ON, and I ran the a 3.5 aux wire and the iPod wire into the arm-rest for a clean look (Nothing hangs out).
Good luck

If you are pre-wired for satellite radio, you can go with the PA15-INFI. It's the same adapter but it doesn't require you to remove the head unit. Instead you hook it up to you sat. radio box in the trunk and just run the wire under the trim along the bottom of the door. It took me and my brother about 15-20 min. at most to install on my 04 with the same radio buttons.
You can't go wrong with either one though it sounds great. No static or background noise at all.
