Interest for Bolt-In Harness Bar

Hey guys, I know that there are a lot of people who wish we had some sort of bolt-in harness bar that wasn't utter trash.. So after seeing this post on my350z, http://my350z.com/forum/exterior-and...iltkustom.html, I have been in contact with Jimmy at WellBiltKustom and he said he has actually has an idea for a quality bolt-in system for our cars but just hasn't developed it since he would need a car in socal to do all the actual fitting.

As you can see from the my350z post this guy produces quality products and for the 350z's the price is just under $400. Jimmy is great and really willing to work with us to get the parts we want that many other companies don't bother to make. I'm looking to judge the interest in a project like this assuming the price is somewhere around the $400 range. Also if there is anyone in socal who would be willing to take their car in and have him custom make one to their car, after which he would be able to produce them and ship them out let me know.

He does do other work such as 3-point strut bars that tie into the firewall, pillar bars, floor braces, bolt-in or weld in roll bars, full roll cages, fully adjustable control arms or track bars with heim joints, panhard bars, Camber plates, etc.

Just looked through that link on my350. Very impressive work, I wonder really how that'd look in our coupes... totally different setup in interior obviously but I'd be curious to see this done.

He needs a G to actually make it in, but quality harness bars are all pretty similar. After all, the bar needs to fall at a general height to accommodate proper harness attachment.

bump for anyone in socal able to drop their car off to him for a few days to get a harness bar fabricated

They are more universal and supposedly very thin and whimpy. Kris had one and he said he definitely didn't recommend them.

I may be down in the area for a month or two during the summer, so there is a possibility that I could drop my car off then.
