Electronics are acting up

So ill have to explain the whole story to provide details. I went to install LEDs in door and map lights and while I was trying to remove the bulb with a steel knife(Yes stupid, I know) the knife slipped and touched both terminals at once, heard a static noise and the dome, door lights went out. I also found out while driving that my turn signals still work, however the indicator in the gauges don't flash whatsoever. Whenever I use to turn the Car on the AC would turn on automatically to the last settings and temperature I had, now I have to turn on the AC manually everytime I turn the car on. I also noticed when I turn on the car, the outdoor electronic temperature by the clock starts at like 168 and decreases rapidly to the temperature(Havent paid attention to see if its the correct outdoor temperature yet) and then after it stops decreasing the compass will display. Before the AC, temperature, and compass would all come on and display accurately at the same time. The Homelink system in the rear view mirror that allows you to open your garage shows the green light on (so it has power) but none of the buttons are working, doesn't close the garage or make the green light flash when you press it as normal. I read some posts and removed the ground terminal for 15 seconds and when I placed it back on, the dome and door lights are working wonderful, but everything else mentioned is still acting funny or not working. Any Ideas?
