For minor cloudiness in the headlights, start with 1500 grit and wetsand the sh*t out of 'em. Then scrub over the entire thing with 3000 grit... makes polishing them much easier.

i had 12k bulbs in my first set of lights. they werent super blue....they were a pale blue with a purple hue. now im running 10k bulbs with 3k hid fogs.

^ did those a long time ago too- was one of the first things I did when I bought the car, actually had all the parts ready for me as I got home so the install was all done that same night.

ok thanx guys for the wet sanding info and the 12k hid looks nice when i drive and they are not to bright but just right... Dont knock it until you try it

Congrats on successfully making your car look retarded.

Reminds me of the Hondas I see driving around in the bright sunlight with their aftermarket "glare bulbs" burning.

LOOK AT ME! I HAVE RIDICULOUS BLUE HEADLIGHTS THAT ILLUMINATE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT LOOK AWWWWWWESOME TO MY RICER BUDDIES! I RoX0rs!

I wasn't aware a headlight could be "too bright..." In fact, most sane people seek the brightest headlights they can legally obtain..

Is all that light on the pavement at the rear of the car cast off from your plate lighting? It looks like you have an underglow back there.

Yep, ALL my lights are from stock sockets, NO under glow because i don't drive a civic.
