Sanded??? Try using PlastiX first.

I personally would never go higher than 6k.

Nelsond, if you're refering to the headlight cover I'd suggest using 3M headlight restoration kit. It is the best on the market and makes all others look minor league. Will the cops in Maryland put up with those blue headlights....guess you'll find out??

12K that's just ridiculous!! I agree Tofu 6k is tops! Your asking for trouble with 12K. As for the PlastiX does it work I need to resurface my lights too. They are not bad they just bug me! Anyone have any luck b4 and after picks would be nice.

I personally never used them on my coupe, then again I have Ventureshield all on the front of my car so I've never had any hazing, pitting, or whatnot. My headlights as well as the entire front (rest of my car too) looks in near mint condition. just needs a good detail really.

I've used PlastiX on a number of friends cars and my previous cars before with no issue. Another alternative that works is white toothpaste mixed with baking soda/water (50/50 mix).

That looks so stupid sorry to say.

I hate people who drive with blue/purple lights especially with no projectors. I don't get why people do it. It's so... Stupid.
